Privacy and cookies
Confidentiality runs through every part of our work, including our website. Here we explain in plain terms what data we process, why, and what rights you have.
At a glance
This website has no forms. Cookies (Google Analytics) are used only if you accept them. Without your consent, we measure traffic only anonymously, with a cookie-free tool.

What data we process
- When you call or email us: your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about your request.
- When you visit the website: our hosting provider records technical connection data (such as IP address, date and time), which is necessary to run and secure the website.
- Visitor statistics: Plausible Analytics records anonymous, aggregated data, such as which pages are read and which country and source visitors come from. No cookies are used, your IP address is not stored, and the data is processed on servers in the EU.
- If you accept cookies: Google Analytics records details of your visit, such as the pages you viewed, your device, approximate location and where you came from, together with an identifier stored in a cookie.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To respond to your request and for our working relationship (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- For the security and proper running of the website (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- For anonymous statistics that help us improve the website (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- For Google Analytics: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006). You can withdraw it at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Who has access
Only our firm, and the providers that support us technically: our website hosting provider, our email provider, our analytics provider (Plausible Analytics) and, if you accept cookies, Google (Google Analytics). Google may process data outside the EU, in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep our correspondence for as long as our working relationship lasts and for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
We use cookies only for Google Analytics, and only if you accept them in the cookie notice. Plausible statistics use no cookies. We keep your choice on your device, without a cookie, so that we don’t ask you on every visit. You can change it at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
